At Wellness With Avery, I am dedicated to empowering women over the age of 60 to embrace this vibrant stage of life with confidence and independence.

As a coach, I recognize that this stage of life presents unique challenges, opportunities, transitions, and changes. Due to this, my programs are tailored to support womens physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
